The South Delhi Municipal Corporation (SDMC) has signed a ‘Memorandum of Understanding’ (MoU) with the Corporation Bank to ensure timely, accurate and reliable disbursement of monthly pension to the pensioners under the South civic body.
SDMC Commissioner Dr Puneet Kumar Goel said that keeping in view the vast geographical area in the capital city it was becoming essential to involve more banks in the disbursement process and to serve the pensioners in better manner.
