AAP visited every nook and cranny of city on last day of campaign

In its final attempt to woo voters in the Capital on last day of electioneering, fledgling Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) made sure it visited every nook and corner of the city and left no stone unturned. Party Convener Arvind Kejriwal, who’s been campaigning door-to-door in the entire city because his party’s candidates remain largely faceless, marched to every lane of his constituency New Delhi to seek support from voters on the last day of the campaign.

On Monday, Kejriwal carried out a padyatra in his constituency starting from East-Kidwai Nagar and went up to Khan Market after covering 7 Race Course Road, slum cluster adjoining le Meridien where he interacted with people urging them to support him.

Starting at nine in the morning, Kejriwal with his troop of hundreds of people ended the campaign at Faridkot house at five in the evening.

Students and youth living in Kidwai Nagar, Domestic helps, gardeners, drivers and their families and people living in slum clusters all crowded around him while he carried out his final roadshow to woo them. Other party candidates also carried out marches in their respective constituencies including Manish Sisodia in Patparganj, Shazia Ilmi in RK Puram, Vijender Garg in Rajinder Nagar and others.
