The Noida Authority is planning to offer its services through online mode now. A detailed presentation was made on Wednesday in this regard and if things go well all the departments will be integrated in one software programme.

Akhilesh Singh, deputy CEO of Noida Authority, said that the authority has been planning to integrate its services for the convenience of people as well as the officials concerned. Under the proposed facility, entire information related to sub-lease deeds and other services will be available on the software. “At present, we face scores of problems in solving customer queries. Once the system gets operational, we can check the whole affair with one click. Besides, the consumers will also be able to view the entire progress of their investment and address the department concerned accordingly,” said Singh.

Singh is rather positive that the proposed plan will not only scuttle the time, it will also bring transparency to the system. The people will be more informed about the development which will minimize the bureaucratic hurdle also. “A few companies have given their presentation while others are in queue. Most competent company will be selected and will be assigned the duty to implement the programme,” said the DCEO. Meanwhile, to deliver the services in a time-bound manner, Noida Authority has announced to implement Citizen’s Charter. The Authority took the decision to avoid any delay in redressal of the customer complaints.
