The residents on Thursday woke up to a pleasant morning with weathermen predicting light rain in some areas on Friday evening. According to MeT department, the minimum temperature was recorded at 13.7 degree Celsius which was five notches above normal.
An official of the department said humidity level recorded till 8.30 am was 87 per cent.”The skies will remain partly cloudy and light rain or thundershowers may occur in some areas of city in the evening and night,” the official said. He also said that maximum temperature is expected to settle around 26 degrees Celsius. On Wednesday, the minimum temperature was recorded at 11.6 degrees Celsius while the maximum temperature dipped to 23.8 degree Celsius.
