Water supply in several areas across the national capital will be affected due to the annual flushing program of the underground reservoir and booster pumping station on January 20 and 21. According to the Delhi Jal Board (DJB), the affected areas include Sanjay Enclave and its adjoining areas, Burari, Sant Nagar, Nathupura, Kamal Vihar, Sweeper Colony, Jhangir Puri, and Mukhmail Pur Village, among others. Areas affected on January 20 include Sweeper Colony, Jhangir Puri, Mukhmail Pur Village, Tagore Garden, and 608 St Tagore Garden."Residents of the affected areas can avail themselves of water tankers, which will be available on request from Water Emergency Centres, including the Center Control Room (1916), Kewal Park Water Emergency (27681578), and Burari Water Emergency (27619244).
