Coming down heavily on Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's Talk to AK, Delhi Pradesh Bharatiya Janata Party on Sunday said people of Delhi and the country saw how in the name of Talk to AK CM Arvind Kejriwal ran a show Meri Baat Suno.

Delhi BJP chief Satish Upadhyay said, "Though it was well known that Talk to AK will not be a public connect programme but Kejriwal's self designed self glorification campaign, but even we could not imagine he would go to such a extent so as to make it a Meri Baat Suno (Just listen to Me) show."

Upadhyay said none of the five questions Kejriwal took up seemed to be coming from any common man as common man would ask questions about development while the questions that were taken up related to appointment of Parliamentary Secretaries, salaries of MPs and MlAs or conflicts with the Centre.

"These issues were taken up to provide Kejriwal an opportunity to backlash on the Centre and give political clarification. Anxious to give a clarification on accusations on his MlAs, Kejriwal took up the issue of Commando Surender, but had the CM been true he would have took up the cases of Jitender Singh Tomar of bogus degree fame or Dinesh Mohania the women basher," he said.

"Today's Talk to AK was more or less like a haughty Tughlaq saying Meri Baat Suno & Sirf Meri Baat Suno," Upadhyay added.

Also, he said people of Delhi and the country today felt that Kejriwal's effort was just to put himself in comparison to Prime Minister's Mann Ki Baat but his own ego let him down. "While the Prime Minister through Mann Ki Baat puts before the nation Government's plans, Kejriwal misused the exchequer money for political diatribes," said Upadhyay.
