The Delhi High court has stayed the decision taken by Arvind Kejriwal led Government to hike minimum wages by 40 per cent.
The move came after an association of factory owners, APEX (Delhi) had approached the court. The court has instructed Delhi government to submit their points.
Kapil Chopra, president of Chambers of Commerce and Industry said that the decision taken by the government will negatively impact traders.
“We have taken the move to save not only traders but labourer also. The government should consult all the stakeholders before taking such a decision,” he added.
