Congressmen organised a function to mark the birthday of Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi in the national Capital on Wednesday.
The Party’s Delhi unit vice-president Jai Kishan organised a programme in Mangolpuri, Sultanpuri, Jahangirpuri, Rani Bagh and adjoining areas and distributed blankets and warm clothes to the needy people.
Jai Kishan along with party workers visited different temples, mosques, gurudwaras and churches in the city and distributed blankets, clothes, sarees and suits to women, poor and the needy.
The former Congress MLA praised Priyanka Gandhi's political foresight, saying that Rahul and Priyanka Gandhiwill definitely help the party to win the elections of five states.
