The Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) condemned the recent allegations made by AISA (All India Students' Association) regarding waving guns and other baseless accusations.
“These claims are devoid of any truth and are nothing more than desperate attempts to tarnish our reputation.
It is evident that AISA and NSUI (National Students' Union of India) are struggling to find valid issues to champion in the Delhi University Students' Union (DUSU) elections, resorting instead to falsehoods and misleading tactics,” ABVP said in a statement on Sunday.
It stated that ABVP is committed to fostering a positive and constructive campus environment, unlike Left-leaning parties, including AISA, which have a history marred by involvement in hooliganism and instances of women harassment.
