leader of Opposition Vijender Gupta has urged lieutenant-Governor Anil Baijal to constitute a high-level enquiry committee for fixing responsibility for delay in approval and notification of Delhi Poison Possession and State Sales Rules to regulate the sale of acid in the national Capital. Criticising the Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, Gupta said that Chief Minister cannot absolve himself of responsibility for the delay despite the Supreme Court orders. Any delay on the part of the officers is to be equally shared by the CM as it reflects his inability to monitor and guides the administration," the BJP leader said. He further said that now it is highly improper on the part of the CM to seek CBI enquiry against the officers into the delay, said Gupta. Reacting on the acid sale regulation in Delhi, Gupta said that the current regime has failed to act despite issued orders on January 28, 2014 to regulate sale of acid and poison. SR
