It is clarified that Robin Hibu, IPS, who was quoted in the article has been transferred to PHQ as Joint CP/Operations on March 8, 2017 and he is no longer in SPUNER. The SPUNER unit of Delhi Police has nothing to do with the Helping Hand NGO, that is providing scholarships to N-E students under CSR, DCP/SPUNER, Delhi Police.
