These facilities were initiated by the Kejriwal-led Government and include the Anti-Corruption Helpline 1031, Women in Distress Helpline 181 and Public Grievance Monitoring System (PGMS). The l-G gave the direction in a meeting held at his office with Delhi Chief Secretary and other senior officers of the Government. Besides, citizens can now also file their grievances online by logging on the website www.pgms.delhi.gov.in. Upon registration, they will receive an SMS which will convey the registration number to them for future reference. TPDDl calls CAG allegation ‘factually incorrect’

New Delhi: Calling its allegation ‘factually incorrect’, the Tata Power Delhi Distribution limited (TPDDl) has written to the CAG’s office and the power department stating that the power utility has provided full cooperation to the CAG officers during the audit process. “On an average, eight working days have been taken by us to respond to the requisitions. Out of 21 requisitions by the Auditor, TPDDl has already responded to 13. In some cases, owing to the voluminous nature of some of the requisitions, some amount of time is needed to respond. Apart from the requisitions, the company has provided important documents to the audit team, including the ARR, Tariff Orders, ATE Orders, Power Purchase Agreements, Accounts, amongst other,” read the letter.  The power utility also added that the records of some of its departments is run by high tech SAP modules which only SAP-trained persons must operate or else it would result in the system to crash.
