Providing insights into various aspects of Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan and Indian Hotel Industry, two books titled ‘Swachchh Bharat Abhiyan’ and ‘Hotel Licensing - Guidelines for Hotel Industry’ were launched by politician Manoj Tiwari on Monday. The books have been authored by Dr Saurabh Mishra, Deputy Health Officer, South Delhi Municipal Corporation (SDMC).
Talking about his books, Dr Mishra said, “I used to do lots of research by public speaking and was eager to write the book on this subject. In included each and every concept like basic guidelines related to hotel industry and also considered hospitality and customer service in my book.”
While the book ‘Swachchh Bharat Abhiyaan’ focuses on overview of the campaign, efforts, waste management practices, water supply, sanitation and water recycling, another book ‘Hotel Licensing - Guidelines for Hotel Industry’ gives a glimpse of the activities being done to expand the hotel industry which has turned into a multimillion dollar industry.
