Under violation of the Model Code of Conduct, a total of 122 FIRs have been lodged against political parties. Out of which, 54 are against the Aam Aadmi Party, 24 against BJP, 26 against Congress, BSP has 10, 1 against RJD, INlD and Akali Dal each, while 5 are unknown.
Meanwhile, 13,058 people have been booked under various Sections of CRPC/DP Act, 226 licensed arms, 17 unlicensed arm and 1,053 cartridges have been seized as preventive action measure.
A total of 1,598 hoardings have been removed from public property and 73 hoardings were removed under defacement of public property clause, whereas 117 FIRs have been lodged till January 22.
186 bottles, 29,834 quarters of Indian-made foreign liquor (IMFl) and 598 bottles, 68 and 21,414 quarters of country liquor have also been seized as part of the expenditure management measure.
