Chief Minister Harish Rawat announced that villages with 30 per cent of Scheduled Caste population would be benefited under the SCP (Special Component Plan). Issues concern with recruitments of UPNl employees to be appointed in Haldwani and Srinagar Medical College would be considered in upcoming Cabinet meeting, he informed. Their services would be continuing until the Cabinet takes any decision in this regard. Issues regarding the employees appointed under the RAMSA would be resolved in coming cabinet meeting.
