The THDC India limited (THDCIl) director (Personnel) SK Biswas was conferred with the ‘HR leader Award’ at the fourth Annual Green-Tech HR Awards at a function held recently in Bangalore. This award is an acknowledgement of initiatives taken by Biswas in the field of Human Resources Management.
The award ceremony witnessed the confluence of leading HR professionals from across the country, technocrats from various Public Sector Undertakings, governmental organisations, academicians and researchers working in the field of HR apart from members of civil society from different walks of life. According to the THDCIl, the award given to Biswas is an achievement for the organisation and will help in motivating the employees in better proliferation of HR policies and strategy.
THDCIl is one of the premier hydro power generators in the country with installed capacity of 1400 MW with commissioning of Tehri and Koteshwar Dam to its credit and is bestowed with ‘Mini Ratna-Category-I and Schedule ‘A’ status.
