Uttarakhand Chief Minister’ media advisor Surendra Aggarwal launched a scathing attack on the BJP-led NDA Government in the Centre ,accusing it of ignoring the interests of the hill state.
During his Kumaon visit here on Monday, Aggarwal said allfive BJP MPs from Uttarakhand are not taking up the issues of the state with the Centre. “Be it Ardh Kumbh preparation or any other issue, the NDA Government is sitting on the state’s appeal for funds. The BJP MPs are keeping stony silence to the detriment of the interests of the state,” he said, adding that the Centre should bear 90 percent of the project expenses with the state government bearing the rest.
