In the case of accidental fire in a mattress warehouse at Chandrabani area of Patelnagar, which resulted in the death of a 13-year-old boy, the boy’s father, mother and few relatives and friends have given their statements in Patelnagar police station.
The police will now be contacting the warehouse owner Ramesh Chaturvedi, against whom the FIR was lodged. It is worth mentioning here that on the basis of victim party’s statement police have added sections of Juvenile Justice Act.
