The State administration has reshuffled the responsibilities of some bureaucrats in public interest. Principal Secretary, Dairy Development, Animal Husbandry, Sheep and Goat Rearing, Rainwater Harvesting, Fodder and Pasture Development, Forest, Environment and Solid Waste Disposal, Dr Ranvir Singh has also been given the charge of principal secretary Fishery.
The Joint secretary personnel Atar Singh informed that Principal Secretary Micro, Small and Medium Industries, Khadi and Gramudyog, Home, Irrigation and Flood Control M H Khan would discharge responsibility of Principal Secretary Prison also. Secretary rural development, Panchayati raj, minor irrigation, sub area development and management, rural roads and drainage, backward area development and rural pond development Vinod Fonia is relieved of the charge of rural road and drainage and given charge of secretary border area development. Secretary Co operative, sports, youth welfare and public grievance MK Joshi is relieved of the charge of sports and youth welfare. Secretary Chief Minister, PWD, Finance and programe director PMU Amit Singh Negi would discharge additional responsibility of Secretary Sports and youth welfare now. Secretary, General Administration, rural engineering services and personnel CMS Bisht would discharge additional responsibility of secretary rural roads and drainage. Secretary secretariat administration, fisheries, social welfare and border area development, P S Jangpangi has been relieved of the charge of secretary fisheries and border area development.
Additional secretary tourism, power, pilgrimage management, sports and youth welfare, additional CEO tourism development, CEO PMGSY Shailesh Bagauli is relieved of the charge of CEO, PMGSY.
Additional secretary Medical health and family welfare and Director NRHM, H S Chug is relieved of his current responsibilities and he would now assume the position of additional secretary panchayati raj and Director Panchayati raj. Additional secretary CM, PWD, planning and vigilance Arvind Singh Hyanki is relieved of the charge of additional secretary planning and is handed over additional charge of CEO PMGSY. Additional secretary IT, food and civil supplies, information, Suraaj, Corruption eradication and Public service, Director ITDA, additional commissioner Food and civil supplies and General Manager HIlTRON and director General Information Ravinath Raman is relieved of IT, GM HIlTRON and Director ITDA. Additional secretary medical education, secretariat administration, disaster management and Joint Chief Electoral officer Niraj Kherwal would hold additional charge of director NRHM. Additional secretary home, agriculture, watershed, Deputy Chief electoral officer, Director Administration and technical and state project management group, Savin Bansal is relived of charge of additional secretary home and Deputy CEO. Additional secretary rural development, Panchayati Raj, OBC and Director Panchayati Raj Jyoti Niraj Kherwal is relieved of additional secretary Panchayati raj and director Panchayati raj and is entrusted the charge of women empowerment, child development department. Additional secretary Suraaj, Corruption eradication, public service and finance A S Chauhan would now hold responsibility of additional secretary IT, Managing Director HIlTRON and Director ITDA.
