Members of the religious fraternity and seers from across the country congregated at Saptrishi Ashram here on Sunday to pay homage to the eminent Indian educationist Goswami Ganesh Dutt Maharaj on his 58th death anniversary. The national president of Sanatan Dharma Pratinidhi Sabha Dr Shiv Kumar said, “Ganesh Dutt Maharaj was a disciple of Pandit Madan Mohan Malaviya. And it was  Malaviya who had given Dutt the initiation in the glorious realm of social service. The values of education that he epitomised are still relevant. They are still the benchmarks for the education of the present generation.”

The working president of the Sabha Inder Mohan Goswami said that it is difficult to find an educationist like Dutt in these days when teaching profession has been reduced to an instrument of earning money.
