To conduct the recruitment examination for the posts of constable in the police / PAC and fireman in a peaceful manner on Sunday, October 19, Section 144 has been imposed in the Bageshwar block.
The examination for the aforesaid posts will be held at the Government PG College, Bageshwar block area, from 11 am to 12.30 pm, said the officials concerned of the district administration Bageswhar.
Section 144 has been imposed in the Bageshwar block to maintain peace and law and order so that the said examination could be completed smoothly on October 19, said Fincharam Chauhan, SDM, Bageshwar.
With imposition of the Section 144 in the Bageshwar block , no one will be allowed to carry firearms, edged weapons , explosive materials, to name a few, in the 200 meter jurisdiction of the examination centre in the block, added Chauhan.
More so, procession, public speech, sloganeering
which may disrupt the
smooth conduct of the said examination process would not be allowed in the 200 meter jurisdiction of the said examination centre in the block, added the SDM Bagehwar.
The Section 144 will remain into force from October 16 till the completion of the said examination process on October 19.
