Sakshi Maharaj slams Mamata Banerjee

PNS

Bharatiya Janata Party MP Sakshi Maharaj said that West Bengal chief minister Mamata Banerjee’s actions were taking the state back to the Treta Yug wherein the demon king Hiranakashyap had imprisoned his own son for being a devotee of the lord. Stating that Mamata was perpetrating ‘Rakshas Raj’ by acting against people who say Jai Shri Ram in West Bengal, he said that he hopes she is not from the lineage of the demon king Hiranakashyap.

On a visit to Haridwar on Sunday, the BJP MP said that the West Bengal chief minister is taking to the streets against those say Jai Shri Ram because she is apparently miffed at the BJP’s victory in the recent parliamentary elections. He said that despite all opposition this time in Lok Sabha polls BJP could get 41 per cent vote share in West Bengal to win from 18 seats. He said that on the banks of the Ganga he could vow that after the next assembly polls slated to be held in West Bengal, the BJP will form the State government.

Further stating that India cannot accept the mindset of communism, he said that communism will be wiped out from West Bengal and the rest of the country, which would be good for the nation. He alleged that the Trinamool Congress had adopted the policy of separatism giving shelter to the Rohingya refugees while uprooting the local people. Stating that Mamata had shattered the dream of Subhas Chandra Bose, he opined that all Bengalis were perturbed by her acts.
