Roorkie Municipal Corporation’s municipal commissioner Nupur Verma has assigned responsibilities to her various subordinate staff towards ensuring awreness in the society towards cleaniless. The effort comes at a time when Cleanliness survey 2021 is underway in the state.
At a meeting held at the corporation today, Verma asserted that the people needed to be sensitized on the importance of cleanliness drive. She said the people must be made aware about citizen feedback and apprised about the significance of the voting through cleanliness app.
She also held that Roorkie Municipal Corporation was making all efforts to come first among all the corporations of Uttarakhand in terms of cleanliness. She urged the cleanliness teams to work with full dedication and sincerity. She said Roorkie Municipal Corporation was all committed to make Roorkie a clean city.
