Diwali appears to be a favourable time for purchasing a home as many property dealers are offering various kinds of schemes and discounts to those looking to buy their own home in Dehradun.
Some of the property dealers are also giving lCD television to the buyers on the purchase of a flat.
Sales manager of Reisizone Residency, Sahastradhara Road, lalin said, "On the occasion of Diwali we are presenting 32 inches lCD television to their customers on the purchase of a two to three bedroom flat. The offer is limited till Diwali," he added. Sanjay Sharma, assistant manager of Earthcon Construction Pvt ltd said that this Diwali the company is offering different sizes of lCD television to its customers on the purchase of two to three bedroom flats.
"The starting price of two bed room flats at Rajpur Road is Rs41 lakh while the starting price of three bed room flats at Mussoorie Road is Rs 90 lakh. The officer is valid till Diwali," he added. Ruchi from Sikka Group said that this Diwali they are offering discount of Rs150 per square foot to their customers on the purchase of all types of flats, studio apartments and penthouse apartments. "The price of the units we are offering starts from Rs32 lakh to Rs1.04 crore and the offer is valid till Diwali only," she added.
Iqbal Anwar of Delhi based Adiprop said that they only deal in commercial space and retail shops and this Diwali season they are giving 10 grams gold coins to their customers on the purchase of 500 square feet. "On the purchase of 15,000 square feet, a Toyota car is being offered free to the customer. On the purchase of 20,000 square feet a Toyota SUV will be given and on the purchase of 65,000 square feet a Ford SUV will be given to the customer," he said while adding that that people in Dehradun are being targeted for these offers as there are people in this city interested in buying properties in Delhi too.
