A delegation of association of doctors the Provincial Medical Health Services (PMHS) met the Principal Secretary Health Om Prakash on Thursday and expressed gratitude for across the board implementation of Dynamic Assured Career Progression (DACP) scheme. On Wednesday, the State Government had released the Government Order (GO) for implementation of the scheme.
Earlier in the day the health services of the state returned to normalcy after the doctors took back the OPD boycott call and attended the patients.
On the issue of DACP the doctors of the state health services were on two hour OPD boycott from July 11.
The PMHS was demanding DACP for all the doctors as the State Government while implementing the much sought after scheme last year had restricted it to new joinees only.
