During a grand farewell organised in Delhi Public School attended by academicians, administrators, social workers, Ganga Sabha office bearers, police personnel and representatives of social organisations, Yoga guru Swami Ramdev announced that the outgoing principal of DPS will begin his second innings at a senior position in the Bharatiya Vedic Shiksha Board as an expert educationist.
The Yoga guru felicitated the outgoing principal KC Pandey with a shawl and memento. He said on the occasion that with Pandey’s rich experience his organisation will be much benefitted in disseminating education with Indian values through Bharatiya Vedic Shiksha board which is going to be functional soon. He said the work of approval by central ministry was almost complete. On Monday hundreds of students queued in the school premises forming a human chain till Pandey’s house showering flowers in gratitude on their outgoing principal.
The executive director of BHEL, vice chancellor of Gurukul Kangri Vishwavidyalaya and others also sent their good wishes to Pandey on the occasion.
