The State Education Minister Arvind Pandey paid obeisance at Shri Darbar Sahib on Thursday. He also held a meeting with Mahant Devendra Dass of Shri Darbar Sahib on the day and discussions on education system and education policy of the State were held during the meeting. They also interacted over the various programmes and development works being carried out in the State. Pandey was informed about the historical, philosophical, philanthropic and religious aspects of Shri Darbar Sahib by Mahant Devendra Dass.
The Minister heaped praise on the quality education being imparted by SGRR Education Mission’s SGRR University and SGRR Public Schools at affordable prices.
He said that 1,500 bedded Shri Mahant Indiresh Hospital is providing quality healthcare at affordable rates to the needy of the State which is worthy of praise. It is a kind of mission and this must continue at any cost in the larger public interest.
