A native of Bihar Anil Kumar Mandal died when the bicycle he was riding was knocked down by a roadways bus at Asharodi in Saharanpur on Friday.
The driver escaped from the spot after the incident. Police rushed to the spot and admitted the injured at Indresh Hospital where he succumbed. Police impounded the bus.
