While there is talk of some officials not coming to the MCD office during the daytime, sources state that this is because of the work they are doing late in the night. Along with workers, some officials of the municipal corporation are also busy trying to clear garbage from the city between 2 AM and 6 AM. This has made it difficult for them to attend office during the daytime, said sources.
