Traffic movement of all vehicles has been banned in Paltan Bazaar between 2 pm and 8 pm. SSP Dr Sadanand Date said this after he inspected the bazaar and some other places like MDDA parking area, transport corporation parking, MDDA complex parking and Clock Tower in the city on Saturday.
He directed the SP traffic PK Rai to ensure that challan is imposed on vehicles found parked in no-parking zone area in Paltan Bazaar and other parts of the city. A mobile team will be formed and team members will be vigilant and impose challan on vehicles, found parked in no-parking zone area between Clock Tower and Astley Hall.
