After condemning the allegations made by Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, former Uttarakhand Chief Minister Dr Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank challenged him to prove his statement. He claimed that court case in any nature is not registered against him in the length and breadth of the country.

While addressing mediapersons at a Press conference held at BJP State party office in Dehradun on Wednesday, Dr Nishank said that the probe should be ordered on the funding pattern of NGO being run by him. He said that Kejriwal has completely failed to fulfill the promises made in the election manifesto and also joined hands with the Congress MlAs to form the Government despite the fact that he continued to blame the Congress for corruption during campaigning in various constituencies in Delhi.

After cornering over corruption, Dr Nishank asked as to why Kejriwal has announced to give subsidy of Rs 200 crore to private electricity generating firms in Delhi. Dr Nishank also left no chance to corner Kejriwal over the corruption charges and also alleged that law Minister of the Kejriwal's team has also fallen into the clutches of corruption. Dr Nishank said that instead of redressing the grievances of residents in different constituencies in Delhi, Kejriwal quashed 'Janta Darbar' system.

He also demanded from Kejriwal to prove his words within 15 days; else he will file defamation case against him in the court. During the press conference, State Spokesman PS Dhyani has alleged that the (Aam Aadmi Party) activists are forcing residents to become members of the AAP despite the fact that activists belong to other political party. BJP State Chief Tirath Singh Rawat, leader of Opposition in Vidhan Sabha, Ajay Bhatt, Municipal Corporation of Dehradun Mayor Vinod Chamoli, State General Prakash Pant and many more were also present.
