UCO Bank has started a one time settlement scheme valid till March 31, 2014 for agriculture and other small loanees with due balance up to Rs 10 lakh whose NPA/Ml accounts became NPA on December 31, 2011 or before that.
This scheme is not applicable for fraud and corruption cases. The sum agreed upon can be paid in lump sum on priority basis. The UCO Bank has appealed to its eligible NPA/Ml account holders to contact their nearest branch and benefit from this scheme.
