PNS

In an informal interaction with the media on Sunday, chief minister Harish Rawat stressed on the need for taking some hard decisions in order to prevent deterioration of the State’s condition in the coming years. Rawat said that there is need for taking some decisions which might not be welcomed now but if these decisions are not taken now the condition of the State could deteriorate in the next four to five years.

The State has limited resources and special focus will have to be laid on making the Government-administration result oriented to improve the economic condition of the State.

The CM stressed on the need for working full capacity to facilitate the desired level of development in the State. Expressing confidence in the capabilities of government officials, Rawat said that the State cannot wait any longer and stressed that the officials will have to deliver results now. He pointed out that inspite of doctors’ advice he was working hard day and night as time cannot be wasted. The officials do lack capability but need motivation, he added.
