The State Forest and Ayush Minister Harak Singh Rawat has evoked laughter when he said that he would not use the term ‘top-up’ for 10 percent additional benefit Uttarakhand Government is providing to set up AYUSH- based units in the State while sarcastically referring to the former Chief Minister Harish Rawat using the same ‘top up’ while purportedly offering money to MLAs for support as caught in a sting operation. Notably, Harak Singh Rawat was one of the rebel Congress MLAs who switched to BJP after raising the flag of revolt against then CM Harish Rawat.
