Uttarakhand Meteorological Centre has forecast very light to light rain/thunder shower at isolated places in Uttarakhand on Thursday. As per available data, there is possibility of light to moderate rainfall at isolated places for the next three days. Things tuned hot and humid again in on Wednesday after a short-lived relief provided by Tuesday’s rain (10 mm).
Uttarakhand Meteorological Centre director Bikram Singh said that the maximum and minimum temperatures were recorded at 31.2°C and 23.0°C respectively in Dehradun on Wednesday. The weather forecast for Dehradun on Thursday is partly cloudy sky with possibility of thunder cloud develop-ment/light rain in some areas. The maximum and minimum temperatures are likely to be around 32°C and 23°C respectively in the city on Thursday, he added.
