In a tragic incident, a married woman and her alleged lover were allegedly set on fire by the members of her in-laws' family. This incident took place in Rampur Tanda, under Rishikesh police station area on Friday, said Rishikesh circle officer Harbans Singh. The woman is reported to have sustained 90 per cent burn injuries while the man is reported to have sustained 75 per cent burns. Both were admitted in a government hospital in Dehradun. Singh said that police have not received any complaint regarding this case so far. The in-laws have averred that they found the woman and the man in a burnt condition in the woman's room.
