People particularly those who are facing legal cases related to bank, revenue and the like may get them solved on the spot as the district legal service authority (DlSA), Nainital is going to organise national lok adalat in all district courts in Nainital on Saturday. The national lok adalat is being organised on the direction of the State legal service authority, said the officials concerned with the DlSA, Nainital. It will be organised in courts across the district, including lake city Nainital, Ramnagar, Haldwani and all other courts in the district on Saturday, said the officials.
All those who wish to get their matters solved in the national lok adalats may take up their cases with national lok adalat on February 14, added the officials. The main objective of organising the national lok adalats is to help people solve long pending cases.Therefore, people, including the litigants, have been advised to participate in this national lok adalat in maximum numbers to get their long pending matters solved, officials said.
