Uttarakhand Meteorological Centre has forecast light to moderate rain/thunder showers at many places in Uttarakhand on Tuesday. The weather turned hot and humid again on Monday after a short-lived relief provided by Sunday’s rain.
Uttarakhand Meteorological Centre director Bikram Singh said that the maximum and minimum temperatures were recorded at 32.1°C and 20.6°C respectively in Dehradun on Monday. Tuesday’s weather forecast for Dehradun is partly cloudy sky with possibility of one or two spells of light rain/thunder showers which may be moderate in some areas.
The maximum and minimum temperatures are likely to be around 30°C and 21°C respectively in the State capital on Tuesday, he added.
