Drinking water crisis continues to hit normal lives in many parts of Haldwani city for several days. People of Rajpura area have been experiencing the water crisis for over a month. Since this Rajpur area is densely populated area, therefore we have also demanded granting a new pipeline so that water crisis could be resolved, said Hemant Sahu, a local BJP leader, after handing over a memorandum in this regard to the officials concerned of the jal sansthan here.
The matter of concern is that the people of this area have repeatedly urged the officials concerned of the jal sasthan to smoothen the drinking water supply of their area, but nothing has been done so far, Sahu alleged. More so, as on account of the prevailing water crisis, the citizens are battling hard to meet their daily water demand, so we have again appealed to the officials concerned of the jal sasthan to resolve the crisis, he added.
