Rubbishing the charge traded by chief minister Harish Rawat’s chief spokesperson Suendra Kumar about his name figuring in the report of ADM(administration) under Excise Act, the former CM Vijay Bahuguna said that the charge made it crystal clear that Congress had acknowledged defeat one month before the electoral battle.“I want to make it clear that neither I nor any other member of my family have taken patent over the name of Vijay Bahuguna. There are many Vijay Bahugunas in existence. Congress is hell bent on defaming me by taking recourse to frivolous charges,” he said.
