In connection with the alleged sexual harassment of a Haldwani-based woman by Haridwar ASP Pramendra Dobhal, the High Court rejected the plea of ASP for stopping the proceeding of the matter in the lower court.
The issue was heard in the court of single bench-Justice Sudhanshu Dhulia-on Thursday. The woman had filed the petition in the lower court. She alleged that the FIR she had lodged was tampered.
