The Nainital High Court has rejected bail plea of woman complaint in connection with a case in which Uttarakhand Additional Secretary Home JP Joshi had registered a case under Section 355/304 of IPC against the woman and other two persons in Vasant Vihar Police Station.
The High Court has directed the woman to surrender in lower court within a week and seek bail from the same court. Uttarakhand DGP BS Sidhu said that police will not arrest her as she was already arrested and released on personal bond of Rs 25,000. One cannot be arrested twice in a case. According to him, she is cooperating with police in the case.
