The State Government has given its nod for carrying out construction and repair works worth Rs 356.91 lakh on four motor roads in Bageshwar.
According to the district administration Bageshwar with the Government’s approval, the officials concerned of the pwd has been asked to start work on the said motor roads, maintaining quality of works. Among the proposed four motor road projects, the cost of carrying out construction works on the Dhalan- Chaura Road (3 km) in Kapkot is Rs 17.55 lakh, while the cost of the construction works on the Bilkhet - Dhalan Road in Kapkot (6 km) is Rs 35.10 lakh, further said the officials concerned of the Bageshwar district administration.
Similarly, an amount of Rs 137 lakh has been approved for carrying out repair and reconstruction works on the 3 km long Kanda- Mantoli Road in Kapkot , while an amount of Rs 167.26 lakh has been approved for carrying out repair works on the Vijaypur-Basantoli Road.
