Four PCS and 20 Provincial Police Service (PPS) officers were transferred by the State Government on Sunday. Four PCS, including two SDMs of Kashipur and Dehradun city magistrate, were transferred and two, including joint magistrate Roorkee and City Magistrate Haridwar, were given additional charge by the State Government on Sunday.
Joint Magistrate Roorkee Sonika was given additional charge of Mukhya Nagar Adhikari (MNA) of Roorkee Municipality; City Magistrate Haridwar Jeevan Singh Naganyal was given additional charge of MNA Haridwar Municipal Corporation; Deputy MNA of Haldwani Municipal Corporation BS Chalal was elevated to MNA Haldwani Municipal Corporation. Sub Divisional Magistrate Kashipur Prakash Chandra Dumka was given additional charge of MNA Kashipur Municipality.
City Magistrate Dehradun Harak Singh Rawat was transferred to the post of ADM (administration).
