The first programme of the Foreign Training of Forestry Personnel scheme of the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change was inaugurated at Central Academy for State Forest Service (CASFoS) on Monday.
The objective of the project was to build capacities of forest officers at various levels in a vertical programme with a mix of domestic and foreign training modules on crucial modern themes.
The three-week programme is being held on innovative ideas in landscape architecture. The training programme consists of a one week domestic module at CASFoS followed by a two week foreign module in Kasetsart University, Bangkok.
