Pavitra Devi (56) of village Dungari of Pauri Garhwal has become the first patient in Uttarakhand to benefit from the Ayushman Bharat Yojana (ABY). She was admitted in the district hospital of Pauri after she sustained serious injury in her leg. On diagnosis, the doctors found a fracture on the right foot and she was advised surgery.
