Dozens of experts, scientists, scholars participated in the two-day all India seminar and exhibition — India Prefab-2014, which was organised by the Institution of Engineers, Uttarakhand State Centre (IEI, UKSC) at its campus here on Saturday. Couple of experts discussed on reconstruction and rehabilitation and also stressed on the use of better construction materials for the construction of pre-fabricated huts in the disaster-hit areas of the State during the seminar.
