Commenting on the President’s visit, Chief Minister Harish Rawat said that all the MlAs including Chief Minister himself were eagerly waiting to listen to the speech of President Parnab Mukherjee.
However, he said he had listened President’s speech many times before but as a member of State legislative Assembly he would listen him first time.
CM asserted that this would be a historical moment when President of India would be addressing the legislative Assembly. He hoped that all the MlAs would utilise this historic moment in the interest of the State.
