Doon Cambridge School conducted its annual inter- house English debate competition which witnessed the clash of wits among the students of classes IX–XII.
The topic for category I– (IX-X) was ‘Does History Matter’ and for Category II- ‘World without discipline is lawless’ In this category, Drishti Singh of Macdonell house was judged as the best speaker while Harpreet Kaur clinched the second position and there was a tie in the third position between Zoya Sheikh and Yuvika Govil. In category II, Priyanka Srivastava of Kilimanjaro house was adjudged as the best speaker while Kanika Rathore bagged the second position and Amandeep Singh secured the third position. The overall house winning trophy went to Kilimanjaro.
