The provisional state capital of Dehradun is fast turning out to be the hot spot of Covid-19. On Wednesday the state health department reported 253 cases of the disease. What is a great cause of concern is the fact that the sample positivity rate in Dehradun has jumped to 8.7 per cent. This is five times more than other 12 districts of the state. A total of 2989 swab samples were collected on Wednesday out of which 253 were found positive.
